Pizza hut has never been a favorite for me, but those who like it, like it a lot! I have had pizza from this location and it has... been hot, fresh, and the taste is good. Service has always been good here, and that plays a big part. Read more
Ordered pizza for my family online paid with Mastercard took my money then said order failed and can take up to 48 hrs to return... my money. Not cool cause I have 5 kids to feed and I don?t have another $70 kicking around to order again nor do I want to spendanother $70 while waiting to get my money back. so now no pizza and disappointed kids. Pizza tasted fine, gluten pizza we had to slice ourselves which is a small annoyance because you don?t expect that from takeout.... Worst was the Cinnabon buns that were delivered UNCOOKED with icing one them. Literally looked like someone just left them outto de-thaw and put icing on it. Who the heck thinks that?s ok?? I would have rather been told you can?t do it if you can?t andget a credit. Yeah I was looking forward to them because it?s been years since I had them but I can be reasonable with stuff.I?ve worked in retail, I get it. This is just really poor service. Luckily Sackville has a lot of other pizza places and bakeryoptions. Editing to add: Cinnabon buns still disappointing a year later but at least they were cooked this time I guess?
