Food was good, but service was horrible. Waiter came after 20 minutes after our arrival to give us water. They never brought us... forks to eat. One of us was eating a hamburger we saw the plate wait for over 10 minutes after being ready before they servedit to us. Waiter never came to check and see if we needed anything, like forks! We had to take some from the tables beside. Wehad to go to the front desk to ask for the bill and pay. Employees were not friendly nor smiley. One of the worst customerservice i've ever experienced. DISGUSTING!! Do NOT eat here. They serve dirty mugs, and the service here is the most atrocious I have ever seen. Their cups are... dirty with grime on the inside if you touch it with your hand. When we raised concern with the waitress, she said "Good. Great."And "we wash all our utensils like this and you are just unlucky today." After the meal I was honestly sick to my stomach andfelt like throwing up. I paid my bill but requested the waitress to inform their manager about this issue. She told me to "getout". I would give 0* if possible. If you don't want to get sick or COVID, STAY AWAY from this place. I will be calling healthministry about this issue as well.
