Every time I come to Normandin I see empty tables in line of sight and it’ll still take them 15 minutes to get you seated…... even though there’s a free table right in front of you. l’ve also waited over half an hour to get the bill, I had to get upand find our server to get it done. There’s a giant amount of employees and everything moves at a snails pace. The food isgood and cooked quickly, but everything else is long and painful. Read more
I got food today, hubby doesnt like the pizza, he said its not a good pizza for $18.50 for a petite size, i had chicken with... fries, chicken was terrible, it’s a pre cooked ,they didnt even give us a condiments for take out, no ketchup, forks andknives etc,.,customer service /server wasnt friendly, i asked hot sauce and she doesn’t know what it is. ????. The food is great and service is directed towards both English and French, which I am sure promotes a lot of traveling... parsons. They gave both French and English menus we noted as we have been served both.. yet.... when they think you are Frenchyou are given a menu per person and if you you are English speaking you get one menu per table. Completely forgot to bring 3 of our meals and when we questioned where our food was they took another 15 mins to bring us rock... solid burger buns Luke warm fries and a skin on top of our sauce. We entered the restaurant at 5pm and left without food at7:15pm.
