Just picked up dinner and it is inedible. Totally gross. Croutons in ceases salad had an old stale taste and the dressing was... rancid. My Maui waui is drenched in a terrible hot sauce inside. The description says spicy chicken , not the entire inside ofthe calzone drenched in a cheap hot sauce. We've been around decades and eaten lots of pizza. When things go awry with the orders, most often, the relationship is lost to... one or more reasons. Have had one such issue with Bridge Pizza a few years back but the remedy was immediate, prudent and thecompany came across as being very concerned and caring about our satisfaction. Again, that was a few years back. We haveconsistently enjoy Bridge Pizza's over the years because of the care that goes into each pizza produced. Not too much or toolittle of this and that, outstanding crunchy, not overcooked crusts, and fresh ingredients. All staff in store are courteous,friendly and accommodating making me feel like I am valued as a consumer. This develops trust. Last night we again enjoyedsomething different. I ventured into unknown territory by ordering their "Pesto" pizza - it was outstanding!! Delivered hot andincredibly tasty. Not usually a big fan of Pesto but this pizza dazzled me. I will naturally order more of the same until I getbored or wish to venture into another unknown pizza territory.
