I?ve had more disappointing experiences at this location than any of their other. I like to consider myself a ?poutine... enthusiast? as it is indeed my favourite food. It?s unfortunate I?ve had very aggravating experiences with the employers. Poorcustomer service and it hasn?t seemed to improve. The food has turned out good but I find myself eating it to calm thefrustrations that come with the ordering. The team uses their manners but they are short in the communication, do not in any waywelcome a customer towards their products and really do give the impression that they are all about the money they bring inrather than the service they provide which brings it all in. For a business that is generally a more costly fast food, I?m morereluctant to spending when I don?t feel as though I?m valued as a customer. Read more
