I do like Tim Hortons but this specific branch needs some training for the employees. I ordered a wrap and while I was there... waiting for my order, one of them started talking to the other loudly that she doesn't like that specific wrap and she keptinsisting that she can't have that. I went here for a quick sandwich on my break. There was only one person in line before me. After I had paid they told me it... would be a 4 minute wait. After 10 minutes I asked for a refund so I wouldn't be late to get back to work. They said no, theywere starting on the sandwich. I waited another minute and then had to leave without my food.
