Horrible service, got a lemonade and an iced coffee. This place is notorious for not giving out refunds or taking responsibility... at all. They gave me a lemonade with soda water in it and denied it having soda water at all- there were bubbles all around thecup as if it was a ginger ale and of course it tasted like lemon poured over a club soda. The regular iced coffee had nosweetener in it as well. I just threw both in the trash. Might as well leave the university to go to a different tims or getcampus coffee instead. Despite this they did receive a large order before me and that could've made them rush my order- thatshould not happen though. Read more
Mobile ordered a 6 pack of donuts. Store was sold out of donuts. Did not process a refund or offer any other possibilities.... Horrible customer service. Will not visit again. The coffee company in the student union building is far better. My buddy alsoordered through the boost app. They were sold out of ice Capps but had not marked it out at all. Offered us creamy chills andice coffees instead. When I said I wanted a chocolate creamy chill, I was handed a vanilla chill instead. Read more
