The kiosks lack basic, ordinary maintenance. The drink and condiment area is too small and was a big mess. It's far more... difficult to get in and out of the actual restaurant than it should be. Often there is no one at the register. The only optionfor any family member who can't have gluten is french fries. McDonald's used to be a lot better than this. Read more
Did drive thourgh service, bad service started at ordering. Gave my app code ordered the spicey crispy chicken meal and the... promotional Hockey Big Mac. Was told needed a coupon, which I then repeated my app code, after a third time repeating my code.Paid, and went to pick up window. Was told order was not ready and would be 5 minutes. Person would not tell me the pick upstall number to go park in. The coke was off,didnt taste right. I went in and told them, they didnt check it just poured anotheroff coke. Got my order, with the extra time you think it would be hot. Fries were undercooked and cold, a new normal forMcdonalds. Burgers were cold which does not make sense as It was not ready. Probably because my Big Mac turned into a QuarterPounder. No Napkins in bag.Have been going less and less to McDonalds as this seems to be the new way they offer service. I've never had more errors with my orders. Just got back from there and this is the 9th time they've messed up. Ordered... breakfast for my family, they forgot to put in any hash browns after making me sit for 10 minutes. Previously, forgot to givedrinks. Have given the wrong burgers to me in orders. I sent my daughter for a morning coffee and she used drive through and ordered a single coffee and staff refused to give me my... coffee because system went down.
