Called to place an order and was connected to the scariest sounding phone system I have ever experienced? Man on the other end... was scary and it obviously wasn?t answered by someone at the location!! Do staff not pick up the phone at their own restaurant?Lol Read more
Where to start: used to like this place, but been a while since I ordered. So I went to their website to login, says my account... no longer exists. So Had to create another account, filling in all my information, made the order, the had to enter all theinformation again, then go to pay, and then had to enter in all the information again. 3 times, what a waste. AND it keptchanging country to the US, then finally made the order, got a display that the order confirmation will be emailed to me. Received that about 2 hours after order. I did notice that the order was incorrect when it displayed it on the screen, (Iselected a dip and it said no dip) So I called their number and wait 20 minutes before talking with someone. By then the orderapparently was already out for delivery, well it took 40 minutes from that time before I got my order, needless to say it wascold, soggy fries, and the pizza was dry and seemed overcooked. Definitely a bad experience, will not be back! Read more
Very poor delivery service. They miss things and then apologize but never get back on time. It's really disappointing that the... food is good but has to suffer because of the services. Will not suggest for deliveries from them instead order from a differentplace. Read more
