This location (5th ave n in lethbridge) sucks! The staff is cold and often rude. My orders are often wrong or missing something... like napkins or the ketchup I asked for. They look annoyed but having to come to the front register. I would rerate if servicewas better. Read more
They park you every time you go through the drive through. Even when nobody is behind you or in front of you. It is only to... boost their drive through times. It's really sad and I wish they were a more respected franchise at that location. Hopefullycorporate Mcdonalds will step in at some point. Read more
Just hit the drive-through for a coffee. Coffee is far better than Tim Horton's is. Staff were friendly and service was quick.
I ordered a burger with a rock hard bun and had an employee try to shame me into keeping it. Not sure if you realize McDonald's... but it's barely food at the best of times. How incompetent do you need to be to make a burger with a rock hard bun and thenargue with the customer about what's wrong with it. This fly filled sess pool needs a health inspector asap. Read more

They will almost always park you at the drive thru because they want to keep their drive thru times low. They serve the order... off the screens before the order is even made (also to save on their times reported to head office). It's frustrating when theydo this because they almost ALWAYS mess up the order. The amount of times I've stood in the store waiting for my order whenthey've totally forgotten about making the order is ridiculous. If you ordered drive thru, make sure to check what's in yourbags before driving away. 80% of the time they made the order incorrectly. It just seems like better training / processes needto be executed at this location. Read more
