Ever since the reno in this location?s kitchen the drive thru has been a total nightmare. Not on a single occasion (on busy and... slow times) have I received my food through the drive through. Typically roll through while working so it?s usually a simpleorder, but still, always sent to wait around in the front. Wish I could do zero stars. Went through the drive thru had to ask for ketchup and a straw for the drink she just handed me.... Then I get home, The drink is stale and tasted like soda water and what was supposed to be a blt chicken was some sort of overcooked thing, all fallen apart with OOZING of hot sauce. $15 dollars for a meal and its not even the meal I ordered. Call thestore and they offer nothing other than writing down my name... no number, no offer of a refund or anything. Read more

Incredibly rude staff and sub par food quality. Drive through is VERY eager to park you and forget about you until you come in... and yell at them. If you try to be kind and polite you will be ignored all day. Also on 2 separate occasions I have been servedbreakfast burritos with moldy tortillas. Avoid this place at all cost.
