Wow...what an underwhelming meal. Took more than an hour to get food. There were three of us eating. Two of the meals came out... and we were told the third meal was going to take another 10 minutes but we could have the gravy now. And there it sat... coldon the table. When the third meal arrived 15 minutes later the chicken was way overcooked -- thank goodness there was mayo onthe burger to add some moisture back into it. Asked for ketchup. Squirted it all over the omelet to find it was in fact steaksauce in a ketchup bottle. Manager stated that the bottles don't open so she didn't know how that was possible. We only saw ourserver to take our order, drop off our drinks, food and then the bill. I understand stuff happens and people are busy but wow!Won't be going back there anytime in the near future. Went for lunch with friends. Great selection. It was busy and we only saw 2 servers but they were fast and efficient. We had 3... breakfast plates and a lunch, and all were good except for the egg over easy: the whites were still runny. Read more

Really good pancakes but my friend and I were in a bit of a hurry and we went there at a very non peak time. In saying that it... took forever to get our simple orders. I had to flag someone down and ask about it and I believe our server had gone on abreak. By the time I got my pancakes I basically had enough time to Wolf down about half of them and then run to myappointment. I am not quite sure why but this seems common in restaurants where if you're the only ones in the restaurant theystill make you wait a minimum of a half an hour to 45 minutes regardless of what you order. This happens to me regularly and Ifind it extraordinarily annoying and disrespectful of my time. If it wasn't for making me late for my appointment needlessly Iwould have probably given them 4.5 out of 5 stars. Going on a break without making sure your customers are taken care of isunacceptable, or has the case may be having a table handled off to you while someone goes on a break and then ignoring them andtheir order is also unacceptable. That and they we're out of berry syrup and from the way our server said it it sounded likethat was not uncommon. That might sound like a small thing but when I order berry pancakes I kind of like berry syrup to gowith it. Regardless even without the berry syrup they were delicious and I enjoyed them very much even if I did have to Wolfdown and only had time to eat half of them. (But I'm not bitter) lol Read more
