We have been going to the Keg for decades and have visited the Keg in Lethbridge quite a few times in recent years. We went this... past Saturday, took our son and his wife and daughter out for dinner. Good kids menu and they always offer a veggie app forkids...food was great all around. The service was very good, seated quickly, food was timely...just never lets us down. Thesteaks were all cooked just right, the sides were delicious and generous portions, love their Caesar salad with the big chunksof freshly grated parmesan cheese, yum! And the nice hot sourdough bread to start, so good! Brianna was our server and she waslovely. Thanks Keg...we will be back! And thank God all this flu nonsense is over! A relief for all! Read more
We were impressed with the front desk person asking, not just for proof of vaccination, but also confirming our identity,... something lacking in ALL the restaurants we have visited since the policy came into effect. Our server, Jordan, made the meal.Her professional and outgoing demeanor started the meal off on the right track. The quality and quantity of the food did therest. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. There was no pressure to rush through the meal. We had been on the road forthe past week and this, being our final dinner of the trip, has left us with a very positive memory. Thank you Jordan! Read more
I truly enjoy dining at the keg but upon visiting the lethbridge keg, I was saddened at our experience. I realize 7pm is a busy... time and we didn't have a reservation. Thankfully they got us into the lounge for our getaway dinner from Calgary. We wereseated at the smallest table in the lounge next to a tall floor to ceiling wall. The claustrophobia kicked in so quickly. Iasked for a different table as we counted about 8 or 9 empty wonderful tables including booths with perhaps a window but we weretold they were super busy and could not seat us anywhere else. Unfortunately, the heat and no A/C kicked in at a high triggerfor me so we are as quickly as we could hoping there would at least be room on our table for the "next plate" coming. The sadpart of this review is when we paid to leave, the seats we had preferred were still empty? Half the lounge was still empty? Ireally don't understand what the problem was to put us on a different table then the scaling wall of China we were sitting upagainst. I did not complain, I still left a 20% tip but what we should of done was simply left. Read more

My friend and I visited The Keg in Lethbridge for her birthday. Service was great. Food was great. One entree was a sirloin... steak and the other was the Chicken Oscar. The steak was seasoned nicely, cooked as requested, and tender. The chicken wascooked perfectly and served with shrimp, scallops, asparagus, and garlic mashed potatoes.
