I was THE ONLY customer in the restaurant on a cold blizzard-like Monday afternoon. I ordered 2pc chicken & waffles (even though... the price was hyper-inflated at $17 .. it had been years since I ate chicken & waffles was craving it so bad so I bit the bulletwith the price) , the man at the register told me to take a seat and I waited about 20-25 for my entree to be ready! If you planon coming here, make sure you have a whole lot of patience and time to waste. The waffle was served with a drumstick and wing ofchicken. I ate the wing first and it was alight .. but once I got to the drumstick cut it open I saw the inside was filled withthis purple-colored dried up blood inside of it. It was like a paste. Best chicken sandwich around!! The chicken was perfectly seasoned, super crispy, fresh and delicious which was put on a freshly... toasted bun with fresh lettuce and a couple of perfectly crunchy pickles. I cannot recommend this sandwich enough! Owner wasfriendly and took the time to explain how every single ingredient is locally sourced and fresh. As someone who is extremelycritical on food normally, I was blown away by this place and will be my go to from now on. (Would post pictures but sandwichdisappeared too quickly, lol) Read more
