If it was possible to give negative 5 stars, that is what this place deserves. In 30 years, I have never had such a bad... experience at a TH. We asked for breakfast farmers harvest sandwiches and asked "the patty inside is no meat right?" The girl atthe register said yes and we got a cold english muffin with a tastless patty inside. We said the sandwich includes egg, cheese,tomato and salt and pepper? There was a supervisor behind who yelled at us "you asked for no meat." I said "yes, but what aboutthe egg and cheese tomato and salt and pepper?" She yelled "this is what no meat mans" and then yelled "this is the mistake ofthe girl who took your order." We said "Can we get another one?" and she said "I can give you an egg but no sandwich." We letit go and asked for two croissants. The croissants were cold and lumpy and stale and we threw them in the garbage. The coffeewas just warm tasteless water with no real coffee inside. TH is known for coffee and when you get the worst coffee we have hadever anywhere in the world, it shakes your faith in TH. Worst of all, there is a woman (supervisor?) who is constantly yellingat the back and blaming everyone including the customers. The constant loud din from her makes it very unpleasant for thecustomers. Read more
