Went through the drive thru at 930 pm. The restaurant closed at 10. They told us they're menu was limited and could only serve a... few things from the entire menu. Absolutely unacceptable from a fast food franchise. I wish i could give zero stars for thislazy excuse for a wendys Read more
Don't trust the hours that are posted. I've tried going there twice and both times they closed early. Maybe they should adjust... their hours if they don't have staff that want to work until 10 or maybe find staff that will work until 10. Read more
So this is perhaps one of the worst Wendy's I have ever gone too from a service perspective. Several months ago I spoke with... owner about the service from this restaurant and how they are unable to make my order correctly. The owner took my criticismsvery seriously. There was an instant change and my orders where being made correctly. This went on for about 6 months. Itsaddens me to say they have gone backwards. This Wendy's service has gone back to the way it was. They simply can't make anorder correctly to save their lives. When you try, and speak to the manager about it. They simply don't care that they haveinconvenience you and it's on you to gain satisfaction or to return to your correct food or a refund. Whoever the guy was at the drive thru window this morning was very rude. He didn?t say ?hi,bye, kiss my ass? NOTHING. He... literally handed me my food and drink all at once like he threw it at me.
