Update: Will never return. If you check cameras you?ll even see an employee cough in her forearm below her wrist whilst holding... food! There?s so much going wrong at this location and it?s put me off from ever returning. As far as hair nets I?d advise youcheck cameras for that too because obviously safety standards aren?t being met and followed at your location. The employee inputthe correct food, your staff just made it wrong. Also if Cassandra is the trainer then she needs to fix her attitude. It?s notthat she told us to go to the middle it?s how she said it. It doesn?t matter at this point, this location is the worst. I wouldgive this place 0 stars if I could. When I first walked into the store the worker ( Cassandra) seemed very impatient as we werestanding and looking at the menu. when we were ready she sent us to another cashier I guess she just didn?t want to deal withus. Anyways, there was hair in my partners wedges and the ?loaded? steak wrap was nothing loaded. I understand what you get inperson won?t be the same as what?s advertised but all I got was steak, egg and sauce. The advertised picture shows rice and Ididn?t even get that. What a disappointment as I didn?t even wanna finish eating my food after he found hair. Never going backhere, worst experience. I wasn?t able to get a picture of the hair but I have a picture of my not so loaded wrap. Read more

Let me start by saying I work all across Alberta border to border I've eaten at many different locations and I've ordered the... same wrap a chicken bacon ranch but instead of ranch I get habenaro (excuse my spelling) sauce. This location made the bestwrap I've had anywhere. The chicken to sauce ratio was perfect on top of that the bacon was amazing at every other location thebacon is undercooked chewy to where you have to pinch the wrap to get a piece of the bacon off, I don't know about you but Ilike my bacon cooked. Moving forward the wrap was perfectly made and to the new manager who made it I say well done sir welldone, And to the owner for changing procedure to make the bacon amazing to eat and a real treat to consume I say well done sirwell done. This is by far my most favorite location all across Alberta I will be returning there as many times as possible. Read more

Definitely not open 24 hrs. Closed sign on the door after 9:30pm even on a weekend. Drive thru is terribly slow, 3-5 mins a car... usually. Food is decent. Read more

I recently bought a peanut butter cheesecake donut from another store in another town. It's was delicious! It had the right... amount of filling inside as the donut is quite dry by itself. Kudos to Airdrie! HOWEVER, I return to my hometown Leduc andordered the same donut and there's no filling inside! The donut was dry and yucky. Perhaps the baker is sleeping on the job? Oris there a new policy at Tim's be skimpy on everything!? Read more

Can't even make a regular chocolate chill correctly. It was almost entirely liquid with little ice in it, no chocolate to be... seen, the whipped cream sunk down in it because it was so liquidy. This isn't the first time I've been disappointed by thislocation, honestly it isn't worth going to this one at all anymore. Waste of time and money. Read more
