I Ordered an iced matcha latte with soy milk and it was not at all like the previous ive had at Starbucks. I am so sure that the... soy milk used was rancid. I drink soy milk everyday so i know what it should taste like, and the sour taste of the matcha drinkmade me want to gag. In addition, it was extremely bitter and seemed to lack the single pump of sugar syrup that is supposed tobe included. The colour of the drink was also a fairly dark shade of green so that may explain the bitterness. There was nosticker attached to the cup so i could not be sure what all was in it. Overall the service was very unprofessional and thescanner they use to scan giftcards and points on the starbucks app was not working and so i had to pay with debit and lost themoney i would have saved later on had I received those points. To make my experience worse, i had to wait about 30 minutes formy drink from the moment i told the barista what i wanted to the moment i received it. (I was the only customer waiting). I willnot be returning to this Starbucks and may even take a lengthy break from the franchise in general until i get over thisexperience.
