Service was horrible. Waited 30 minutes to get our order taken and then another hour and 15 minutes to receive the food that was... burnt. burger patty were like hockey pucks absolutely disgusting. The mushrooms are like rocks. They were so petrified. thefries are excellent though. The manager has called me and wants to make it right. She said the kitchen staff has been trainedproperly, and the bad service should not happen again that was really great for the manager to call into Care. I will try itagain. Read more
This location has gone so down hill. Dirty tables, bathroom reeks of septic issues. Floors are sticky and none of our food was... appetizing. My burger came out missing all of its condiments. They brought me a new one which was supposed to have caramelizedonions. Instead, I had chunks of red onion skin all in my burger. Couldn?t even eat it. Bottomless fries were ice cold. Came in on a Saturday afternoon for a quick bite. It took a little time to be seated. It seemed like there was a staff meeting... taking place at the back. Food arrived promptly and tasted great! I was surprised we were in and out in an hour considering onseparate occasions orders took longer than usual to arrive. I mentioned this and the staff mentioned that it was quiet now andthat it would be busy in the evening. It?s something to consider. Very friendly staff. Ample seating. Previously I had given a lower rating because the restaurant had dipped a bit. Me and the Family went today and were greated... inside from I believe her name was Hannah. She was great. Then our waitress Sam took care of us the rest of the way. Sam, yourservice was excellent. The food was great, but it was the excellent service that really did it. Keep up the good work!! Absolutely trash... We waited an hour, but that's fine. We get it, Saturday nights are busy. After we got seated, we waited for... an hour for food, they finally at least got us some (super small portion) fries after I asked. Fries and yam fries came upcold, and they served this weirdly cut up fish and chips without the tarar sauce... I questioned, and the waitress said, "Idon't know, the kitchen gave me this" "this is not fish and chips, please bring it back to the kitchen." I said. "you will haveto wait again if I bring it back" she said. So they did made a mistake and brought me the proper fish and chips 25 minuteslater, after everyone at my table finished their food. No apology, no explanation, nothing. They took it off the bill withoutsaying anything. If you have time for bad food and service, this is the place to go :) Read more
