I would give these guys zero stars for customer service. I order here a number of times. They never charge for ranch. But today... they were wanting to charge me for ranch. It depends on the person. They are inconsistent with their ranch. I think they arecharging on who shows-up at the store. If they start to charge they should post on their menu. Read more
I'm without a doubt sure that the food is great here.. unfortunately at this location me, my wife & baby went there placed an... order and was told it would be 20 minutes. We went back in half hour later & was asked for our number which the cashier did notask us for in the first place. Just to continue telling us "it takes time" with no eye contact and to dissappear into the back.It didn't help eighter unfortunately the person who took our order had just left for a delivery. We were totally left standingthere being ignored so we ended up having burger King instead. I guess it would have maybe been easier to just call our orderin but lesson learned. Hopefully our next visit goes alot better. We always ordered from the surrey location and we just movedto to Langley. Hoping for a better experience next time. A Hangry Wife is NO FUN ???? Read more
Called to order a large amount of boxes of pizza and was told by the manager I?ll get a deal. Showed up to pay and they said I... have to pay full price. Don?t rely on there promises and deals. Read more
Their pizza makes a regular appearance around our house. Bottom of the pizza could be a little more firm, but it?s not soggy.... Hard to do when the topping portions are so great. Read more
