Awful Tim Hortons. Asked for a simple coffee and when I paid with the app she pretended I didn't and asked for payment. Then I ... was handed my coffee which she confirmed was a coffee and when I tried it, it turns out to be tea. They had to remake my order 3 times. Never offered a manager to handle the situation. They just kept throwing the same girl... under the bus to fix it. I am beyond disgusted with this location?not only was my soup cold but there was a very long strand of hair floating in it.
Third time I have ordered the Cilantro Lime Salad with Crispy chicken. They are in such a hurry to get you through even when no... one is behind you yet they have never given me one with chicken on the salad.
