Went in yesterday after work to grab dinner. The 2 ladies working around 7pm seemed so miserable. No customer service at all.... Just mono-tone and grumpy. If you're not happy where you work then just leave! One of them made a face when I asked for sauce tobe put on the sandwich after toasting. Then when we asked for our pop glasses and went to put in coke zero, it was all clearliquid and then she made a face and said hold on I'll tell the other girl to change it. One thing after another. My husband andI have come to this location for about 2 years now and never had an issue. But those two ladies last night as I said weremiserable. I understand this is a fast food joint, but even McDonald's employees are much more happier and atleast smile attheir customers! Very disappointed. Read more
This is one of the better Quiznos remaining. The restaurant is generally clean and service is consistent. My only complaint is... that I regularly order the broccoli cheese soup and it is consistently not hot only barely warm. Please either increase thewarmer temperature or ensure you are giving adequate time to heat the soup prior to serving it to your customers. Otherwise awell run Quiznos. Worst Customer Service Ever! I work 5 minutes away from this Quiznos for years & have lost count of how many times I have been... there. I find the daily specials a Good Value. I am not a fan of the dressing they put on the subs & prefer mustard &mayonnaise. I went there yesterday November 30th around 4:30 & dealt with a Girl with glasses. When I asked her to put mustard &mayonnaise on my Sub instead of the dressing, she said they don?t do that, there are no substitutions on the Daily Specials. Itold her I work 5 minutes away & have been coming to this location for years & had never had a problem with my request. At thispoint she informed me they never do that. I laughed & said are you kidding? You cant put Mustard & Mayonnaise on my Sub? Youguys have done it every time over the years. She was still adamant they never do it.
