When you have a chain establishment like Starbucks, customer service is what will set you apart. Every staff member who I... interacted with was an absolute delight. I was helped at the register by Courtney, my drink was made by an individual in acowboy hat whose name I didn't get, but he was really nice, and then DeAsia who was so darn pleasant and sweet, gave me mydrink. Overall this location has been great but today they made an unforgivable mistake. My mom orders steamed milks because she has... pericarditis and extreme heart issues and can?t have coffee or any other stimulants. I picked up our drinks after mobileordering and checked it said ?steamed nonfat milk? on hers like I always do and she started to drink it and had taken 2-3 sipswhen she had chest pain and we opened it and it clearly at at least two espresso shots in it. So far her cheat pain has goneaway but this is not acceptable. It wasn?t on the outside sticker that that had been added either. Read more
