Worst TimHortons that you can imagine. They won?t give even single napkins with your sandwiches/wraps and they won?t give... sleeves for hot coffees too. When you ask them to put on sleeves when you are ordering at drive through, they will give coffeesand sleeves separately. They still want to you take hot coffee into hands ! What a freaking team !!!! Worst Tim Horton ever visited. Their quantity is very low and their staff don?t know how to treat a customer. Firstly they gave... me a wrap as I ordered the bowl. The staff at the drive thru window said keep wrap with you and they will bring the bowl too.Later on when other girl came over to pass the bowl she asked to return the wrap. Even the quantity of iced cap was less. Wecalled to complaint them but they started argue that we just gave that quantity of ice cap. We were already at home and had 2-3spoons and she said me to bring food back so that they can give us new one. Are you guys serious? You don?t know how to dealwith a customer. It is unacceptable.
