Update: Sent email as requested 3 months ago and absolutely NOTHING happened. No reponse, zero concern. It seems like it's... perfectly fine to serve food that is unsatisfactory and not take any responsibility. Just ordered the Nashville hot chickenburger from the Willowbrook Mall location and paid $9.44 for JUST the burger. When I received it, the chicken was burnt andthere was greasy hot sauce all over the bun. I took one bite, it tasted disgusting. Took it back up to the counter, told thecashier that it tasted terrible and requested a refund. I was told that I can't have a refund just because I didn't like it,there would have to be something wrong with it. Huh? Overcooked chicken acceptable apparently. Unbelievable.
