I've been a long time fan of Chopped Leaf and was excited to find one in my new neighbourhood. Food was always fresh and... delicious, and I loved that they have vegan options! My feelings changed upon my last visit. Despite not ordering or paying forany extra protein or cheese, they put chicken on my vegan bowl. I realized when I got home and they had already closed,disappointed and disgusted to say the least. The manager I spoke with over the phone gave a few excuses as to why this mighthave happened, and offered a credit for my next meal, but I don't have trust in this food operation anymore. I then spoke withthe owner who advised me to put vegan in the notes (on an already vegan item?). Nonetheless, I was refunded my order, and theowner did seem apologetic for this huge mistake, thus earning one bonus star from me. Very disappointed now in Chopped leaf. I usually order from the Kelowna location and always pleased with their portions. Today... ordered from Walnut Gr, Langley. Never Again, portions have been cut by the franchise and prices went up yesterday. So less foodnow for a higher price. Take my advise do not order from these people and shop elsewhere. NOT good value anymore. I've been here a couple times now and the food quality isn't anything home to write about. Price points are pretty high as... well. But, the staff was friendly and there's lots of parking out front. This location is also convenient just off the highwayand 200th street. Read more
