This place always fills up super fast... Always a wait in line... But good food! The Tartiflette is awesome!

Part of the Temple Lodge. Upstairs. Sit down dining. Some tables had linen. No draft beer. Very interesting menu and the prices... are fair for eating on the hill. Escargot was good -- 6, mushrooms, topped with snails, topped with breading and yummy garlicbutter and broiled. Mushroom fondue was good -- excellent cheese and sides. Elk osso bucco was horrible -- dry and tough. Tookone bite and had to send back (note I haven't sent any meal back in a long, long time). Next one was much better but I wouldn'trecommend it. Service was good but no adjustment was made for horrible dish. Manager didn't even come over. Another stardeduction for the bathroom. I've been to outhouses that have looked and smelled better. A shame. Update: we visited a yearlater and had a much, much better experience. The elk meatballs were to die for, the fondue was great, and the raspberry crumblewas excellent. The bathrooms were even clean this time. 5 stars this visit, 3 last. Read more
