Doughnuts are sub-par and the coffee is ok, but the real issue with this Tim's is the staff, they're terrible. They always seem... agitated and are visibly annoyed even if you are polite and patient. I waited just over 23 minutes for an everything bagel withherb and garlic cream cheese, about half way through my wait, I asked how much longer it would be. The two behind the countersnapped at me angrily about how busy it was and that it would be up when it was up. (It was about 9 and the breakfast rush wasjust winding down) Thankfully a nice lady that ordered about 10 minutes after me order came out, she also had a bagel with herband garlic and sweetly let me take it while she waited for another. Hopefully she's not still there waiting... anyway, avoidthis particular Tim's like the plauge. It well worth it to pay the premium at Starbucks, or if you're looking for doughnuts headover to tollers bistro, they're mad freak and tast 1000 times better than the "freshly glazed" stuff at Tim's. Not impressed.. for $8 a wrap you would think you could get a not stale wrap with half brown lettuce.. not to mention the... "great" customer service. Read more

This is the first review I?ve written; I love Lacombe Tims, I go there almost every morning and am met with the sweetest ladies... who are so kind, it encourages to stop at the Tims in Lacombe rather the one in red deer near my work. Miranda on the otherhand, left me super offput after I went there. I went there this evening with my friend and we notice the new kiosks and decideto try them. I was super excited for our order when I was met with an incredibly rude tone, from Miranda, saying that most ofour stuff wasn?t available (which isn?t an issue, there?s plenty on the menu). Instead of telling us what was available in ourorder, she told us to get what we get or get a refund. She was showing evident signs of irritability and I felt guilty forplacing the order in the first place. Nothing other than that but a gesture to the debit machine. The overall attitude andexperience I received this evening made me decide to take the full refund with no customer connection at all. Girlies in themorning, YOU ARE AWESOME. Read more

Honestly, the owners here should be embarrassed. 7 minutes waiting in a line up of people, in store, before any employee... noticed, or came to the counter. Followed by being out of several regular items. There were flies everywhere, even on thedoughnuts in the display case. When food was eventually served, there was not ONE clean table in the place. (Approximately 6dirty, open tables.) Even the garbage was overflowing. Genuinely the worst Tim's location I've ever experienced, by a countrymile. Read more

Today is the last time I will use this Tim Hortons. I travel to Lacombe often and while it makes sense for me to grab my daily... Tim Hortons there, they are by FAR the slowest and rudest Tim Hortons I?ve encountered. Today it took 26 minutes to get my bowlthat I ordered ahead on the app. I?ve learned to give them lots of time so I order my coffees AT LEAST 10 minutes in advance butthey are never ready. I think the worse part is that there are always sooo many drive thru staff sauntering around that don?tseem to be in any kind of hurry, but they won?t make eye contact or acknowledge the customers that are standing there waiting. One front counter person is NOT enough to handle the line and the mobile orders. From the looks of all the negative reviews -it?s time to up your staff and maybe give them some updated training on what good customer service is. Read more
