Worst tim Hortons in the town . They only cares about drive thru the ratio is 5:1 5 orders drive thru one in front. And gave me... 3-3 coffee without sugar and i asked for double toasted bagel and they gave me not even single toasted.Do not go there . Read more
Poor customer service. I go to this tim hortons every morning at 6am and the staff are very rude. Most days the morning staff... taking orders on drive through can barely hear me, I often have to scream. Sometimes I feel like she needs to go for hearingtest. I ordered through tims app online. I ordered 2 steep tea which i got completely cold. The grilled cheese with lettuce and that... lettuce looked like 10 days ago and it was tasteless. Two egg and cheese muffins came with only egg and negative cheese. Andpotato wedges looked like they are 1 year old. I called her for adding chipotle because i was not getting an option to add onthe app, she could have politely said no but instead she was so rude and said i am not adding it, we charge for it in a voicelike she was literally shouting. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. There are always 2 employees at the drive thru window. But still somehow they hand out... wrong orders. If told that my order was wrong, all they had to say was ?Sir, you can check your order before leaving thewindow?.
