One of the staff who is assistant manager apparently that I came to know later. His name is Emanuel. I have been noticing him... couple of times before and yesterday too that he violated basic hygiene rules. 1. He was continuesly touching his beard andnose. And touching food also please refer video footage. 2. He was not wearing his net for head and beard while working on thework station. 3. He also found standing with his hands in his armpits, at work station and then handling food with the samehands. I told one of the associates to not let him touch my food. My 80yrd old mother in-law got KFC as a treat, she spent $40 to get chicken that was horrible dried, or like my 10yr old say... like a ROCK...corn taste awful too, kids didn't like the spices they put on it...why not just leave the corn plain as it is. My80yr old mother in law called to complain and they told her they will refund the money, so I go there with few pieces of chickenleft, since we couldn't eat the whole awful family bucket and the manager person said he can't refund the order because we atethe chicken and he gave us more awful dried chicken. Last time I purchase from this location. Spent $32 on 3 meals. 2 piece snack and 2 popcorn chicken meals. The 2 piece meal... was overcooked and some pieces of the chicken could not eat because overfried and dry. The fries in the popcorn chicken mealswere soggy and cold. Seriously! I asked for a bottle of water instead of the pop with the meal deal but only if I paid anextra $1.10, even though we didn't want the pop from the deal. The restaurant was not busy however there was 3 employees in theback and a cashier up front. They now have a TIP screen at the drive through, so you physically have to grab the machine and go through the tipping options.... ITS A FAST FOOD DRIVE THROUGH!! No waitresses, no delivery, its a drive through WINDOW! What am I tipping the suggested 30% for,the trip from the deep fryer to the window?! STOP BEING GREEDY AND JUST PAY YOUR STAFF A LIVING WAGE. I visited KFC for the first time in about 10 years. I remember now why I haven?t gone in so long. I paid 13.50 for a 3 piece... dinner that came with 2 pieces of chicken! I had no time to take it back. The chicken was also overcooked or old and was dry.There are a few other restaurants in the plaza that are likely much better. Avoid this restaurant at all costs!
