Tried to order on the app, it wasn't working so I asked if I could use the offer in store, they said yes. Spent 10 minutes... getting the order ready only to call the owner and tell us we could not use the online coupon, despite the app notworking. Instead of just manually applying the coupon or a similar coupon, they lost out on the sale and probably ended up justtaking the free food with them home. No critical thinking skills whatsoever.
