I?ve come to Chicago?s on multiple occasions id say 5 or 6 times now.. me and my group had the same server on each of these... occasions and from moment one she was cold, rude, and generally disinterested In providing us with a nice atmosphere to enjoysome drinks and shoot some pool. Because of this me and my group of 7 others have found another place to go for our weeklymeetups. Read more

This place has well maintained pool tables and we visit every time when we are in Kitchener. Well, this time when we were there,... we ordered 2 pitchers of beer and literally waited more than an hour to get it, because of our waitress. She had forgotten ourorder, even after we reminding her a minimum of 4 times. Later we had to inform the manager to get our drinks. After that, againwe waited for 10 more mins to get the mugs. Luckily we were playing pool to keep ourselves busy, otherwise would have felt sobad for waiting too long. Read more
Came here with friends to watch some sports and were treated very well with quality service. Mira was our server who constantly... ensured we had drinks and was always available if we needed food. Thuan was very accommodating in controlling the TV along withensuring we get a table for pool. Overall a great experience, would return. Read more
