There is never enough staff for the amount of customers. The staff that is there has no idea how to properly make a peanut... buster parfait!! This dq , is honestly not good for customer service at all . They have all young people working behind the counter laughing an... talking to each other while trying to take orders from customers not even paying attention! So they miss something you tell themabout it an the cashier will walk away from you laughing in your face saying you didn't pay it! Wasn't my fault, you normallyrepeat an order back to customer to verify it's correct so you don't mess up, At this point it's been 3 separate time this hashappened to me . They couldn't find My son's birthday cake another time , And another time poutine was cold gravy was cold...
