Terrible quality food. Disgusting. I had a meatball sub and literally 5 of the meatballs were ROCK HARD. it hurt my tooth to... bite into.. I checked the others and they were all garbage. WTH are you serving people? Petrified meatballs? It?s not like oneside of it was over cooked, the entire thing was like a golf ball. I will never return here. Now this location and the one onFischer hallman are on my never again list as the guy is extremely stingy there, and apparently you?ll end up with a brokentooth and food poisoning at this one. . This Subway location is great, they don't cheap out on the meats or veggies and always provide great service!
STAY AWAY from this place. It is '0' Star Rating. Served rock hard and gone bad meatballs and staff were giggling when... confronted with the problem. Already reported to Waterloo region Food Inspection department and Subway itself. Worst EverExperience. So sad to see the Subway's franchise quality control is going down the sprial. Read more
