Quite disappointed. Food was great. The display for the menu was advertising the app, specials, for over a minute before you... get a 10 second glimpse at part of the menu. And the server didn't seem to know the menu well, when I could get him to look upfrom his phone. Read more

General pizza is good from this location BUT?..preordered for delivery on Sunday for a bday party, pizza arrived on time, but it... was the worst pizza my guests and I have ever had!!! Wasn?t square cut as asked, was dried out and burnt on top, was cold, recutour self but was very difficult as pizza was so hard and dried out, it was crumbling. Not one of the guest ate a whole piece ofeither pizza! It was thrown in the garbage! I called the store, person I talked to tried to say the new driver probably cut itwrong?!? Why would the driver be cutting pizza? Btw this was first thing in the morning when they aren?t that busy! I asked fora manager to call me, and I have yet to hear from someone! Ordered pizza they didn't get the order right. I was told when I called to let them know it was wrong that my next order would... be free except for delivery charge. I called tonight to order free pizza but was told that there was nothing in my name about afree pizza. This isn't the first time this has happened with papa John's.
