Horrible service & horrible food. Waited over an hour to be served 3 day looking old spinach dip & and bread that was harder... than 4 day old pizza. Thankfully, I was not charged for it, as I had to do the rightful thing and complain. Whoever cookedthis thing and let it outside of the kitchen, should be terminated immediately. Sat at bar as wait was too long for dining room. After about 30 minutes waiting at a table we had to ask for a server to bring... menus. Most of the staff were extremely rude. Our food first was brought to the wrong table. Then when finally brought to usthey said who ordered this? I replied what is the dish? To my surprise their answer was “no idea”. And did little to help.Luckily I took the food and it was what I had ordered. Last time going to this location. I had a wonderful time here today. Our server was Chloe. And she was THE BEST. she gave us our time to pick our menu, even... checked up on us while serving other clients. She was clear, friendly and kind. It was friday night so it was very crowded. Butshe was still patient and quick. Glad i came here with my friends. I was impressed by this place, as I went in expecting average or below-average food (simply based on the menu ahead of... time). The pasta was delicious and the serving sizes are HUGE. You could definitely have leftovers more than once. Read more

Very disappointed. We were a party of 7 and when we arrived they had a table for 4 for us. We had to pull over another table... ourselves so we could have enough seats. We all ordered our food at the same time but we none of us received our food at thesame time. (One person got their food and nobody else did and when they had finished eating the server brought out somebodyelse’s food and so on). The burger was absolutely disgusting. There was two patty’s on the burger and they were both darkerthan the night sky. The burger also came with one single piece of lettuce and it wasn’t even green. Asked the server if itcould be remade and it was. But it was no better than the first time. The server never came to check on us. We had to flag herdown when we wanted refills or wanted to ask a question. The steak was very dry and smothered in some kind of spice? It had noflavour that you could taste because your mouth was on fire. The spaghetti and meatballs literally only came with twomeatballs. (Both also darker than the night sky). The garlic mashed potatoes were not good. It tasted the same as eating fivegarlic cloves at the same time. Overall, Terrible service and terrible food.
