Unhygienic, dirty messy washrooms, stale food, black lettuce. Took 15-20 minutes for a coffee after I placed my order and my... wrap had stale chicken and black lettuce. Staff were ill mannered, didn't greet nor said "sorry for the wait" Never going to anytims again, would prefer Starbucks or second cup. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Read more
