Order here all the time. Placed a delivery order. After one hour had passed I called and they said they were waiting for the... delivery driver to come back. Pizza had been sitting for well over 30mins. Decided to drive to pick it up. They refunded mydelivery charge and nothing else. Would have expected something for the long wait, having to drive and having pizza that was notfresh. These things happen but communication and adequate customer compensation were totally missing.
