I like eating sub but at this location i don?t want to. People at this place think customers dont know how to use a deal and... actually the machine/scanner is the issue at the location. Bad customer service overall. Read more
I came and ordered a Crispy Chicken Sub on my lunch break, first time trying it. The sub it self tasted off but I didn?t think... anything of it because it was my first time trying it and I was also hungry as it was my first meal of the day. I thought itjust wasn?t my type. Later that evening I started to feel pain in my stomach, and felt like I needed to throw up. I ended upthrowing up about 6 times that night. My sickness lasted about 2 days. I called the store the next morning to let them know whathappened, not to get money back but just to inform them so that they can look into it, and so that the next person doesn?t getsick. The manager was completely denying any possibility of the chicken possibly going bad. He insisted that the chicken wasfresh from the fridge every day. Rather than acknowledging the issue, and genuinely apologizing. He just rubbed it off and said?Well you can come and get your refund if you want?. Horrible service. Think twice before you go here.
