Love Harvey?s but this location just got a strike 3. 1st visit son received a soured milk that was chunky, 2nd visit took 20... mins in the drive through with only 1 car in front of me, and 3rd visit burger buns were as hard as rocks. Like toasted hard.No, they were not toasted. I?ll make the extra 5 minute drive to another location for now on. Read more

Last order was fairly large (for 5 people) and it takes us at least 25... minutes to get there (we are rural) Didn't inspect bag contents until we arrived home and discovered one order was missing.Drove back to store (25 minutes) and got the missing item. Home again and found out dipping sauce missing. Minor hassle justmade my own but it was the time wasted that really got to me.
