Amazing service, the sub was picture perfect and the staff were very nice.
My partner and I visited Kitchener (Where I was born) from Australia and I took him to this Mr.Sub to try and he loved it. Much... better than subway with more options, and the grilling of the entire sub makes it so much better. The service was fantastic fromthe staff as well and we loved talking to them about our trip. I always loved this sub shop. Unfortunately I went Went thru door dash... mix-up was sent to Mr sub as a " pick up". Money was... taken right after order sent and order was prepared. I received update that order was ready for pick-up. ???? I don't order pickup because i don't have a car. 45min later and several calls between door dash and Mr sub. I was told by both.....No deliverypossible and food sitting there until I was forced to cancel because I had no way to get to the store. No food. No delivery andMr. Sub wouldn't refund my order even though I was forced to cancel ???? Read more
