This is not one of the best Tim Horton's that I have been to. Their drive thru service is inconsistent. When you go inside,... service can be slow and disorganized. They always seem to have new staff that mess up my order every time I go - no matter thetime. Items have been missing from my order, or unavailable and not always mentioned until you pull up to the window. The lasttime I went, they were trying to give us the wrong order despite telling them it was incorrect more than once. The staff memberseemed frustrated by this (despite the fact that we were the only car at the drive thru at the time), and never apologized.Since I have had this happen so often, I will try to go to a different locarion so i do not continue to have these consistentissues. Only the family bathroom available. In terrible condition. Not friendly staff. I am a paying costumer that comes Everyday.... Because of my job being on the road, this is the only convention location but I will be finding somewhere else to spend mycoffee money. Read more
I went to this Tim Hortons and was sadly disappointed. I wanted to order chilli and it was explained to me that they were all... out. Really? There have been times where I've been to a Tim Hortons they were all out of three or four items. That to me is amark of extremely poor customer service. Should I ask if they have a certain item in stock first before ordering? Read more
The service is good the restaurant is clean and unlike a lot of Tim Hortons the food stuffs is fresh cooked all day usually... within 20 minutes of when you order so though it's not the closest one to me I go there every day. Read more
