The experience is fine, staff is efficient and friendly, food arrives in a timely manner. I had the roast beef on a bun with... fries, companion had the same with a ($ 3.18) glass of pepsi. The beef was so spicy we could not eat the one side of the bun, noidea what was on it, maybe horseradish? But the cost of the lunch is crazy. $ 47.00 with tax and tip!! Three mouthfulls of beefand a small portion of frys. Next time Harveys burger and fries with drinks for two for $ 20.00 . No wonder restaurants areempty. I had dinner at Janet Lynns for Two with wine for $ 100.00 Fantastic meal and great value. You are a fst food restaurant,charge accordingly for lunch. Read more

The beef was delicious! I had it several years ago when it first came out & it wasn't very good. I had the creamed horseradish... on the side. I liked the beef sandwich better without it. The brioche bun was toasted & fresh! Fries are always amazing ???? Read more
WOW! just like years ago the food was hot and tasted just like it did years ago. Stopped going to Swiss Chalet years ago when... the one on Highland Rd was sold and all you get there is cold food you send it back and they act like you should not sayanything and are rude. Not today our server Sue was delightful and very attentive not to mention polite. We will be back forsome more of that delicious chicken. Read more

I've stayed away from Swiss Chalet since I was served a extremely small chicken for dinner one night. That was sometime ago and... if my wife wasnt sick this week and in need of some chicken soup I'd still be boycotting your restaraunt. Well, this time I'm soglad she chose you! Our meals were fantastic even delivered everything was hot and delicious. One complaint though, I orderedthe festive dinner with ribs and chicken wings. The two pieces of cellery and carrot were not even close to what I would expectfor a dinner that size. Maybe try to give lots of veggies with a $40 meal. That is all Overall a great job! 5* Read more
