How this location is still open is a shocker to me. The worst Tim's in kitchener and everywhere I've visited no doubt, getting... your order right here is a once in a lifetime thing. You're always left disappointed. I really wish the road closures end so Inever have to go here again. Surprised by the awful reviews! I had a great experience today! Wasn?t busy and as I asked to have a bagel BELT without bacon,... the lady saw I wore wear hijab and asked her employee to change gloves because of the bacon she was handling before. The ladymaking the bagel for me even asked if I could wait a little longer for fresh eggs as she didn?t like how the current oneslooked! Much appreciated and honestly best service I have ever had! Obviously a new staff was being trained so service was a bit slower. Often the tables need wiped. Washrooms were clean.
