Where to begin. Service was sooo slow. There was a lot of employees, all over the place. Managers were doing nothing just... standing around talking. Had to go back up a few times due to errors in our order. Hot drinks were cold.. barely any creamcheese on bagels sandwiches were all over and falling apart.. floors were sticky. Horrible customer service, staff weren'tspeaking English ,including manager and ignoring customers.. not a good experience at all Visited November 27th around noon. Read more
I always come to this tims usually in the morning around 9am. They hired a bunch of new people that are slow as rocks and very... unintelligent when it comes to ordering and I say that in the nicest way possible. At first he was new so I could understand.However after a month he was still fumbling around asking questions every time he made an order and was very slow. I orderedfood and had to wait 20 min! When I asked they said ? we have a lot of orders so are a bit backed up? thing is they were tocaught up serving the drive through. I saw 5 people order the same thing as me and you headed them their order but when it cameto my order you said you ran out and had to cook more.
