I placed a mobile order as I arrived and when my order was ready, the cashier called my name and gave me my food. 45 minutes... later, we unwrapped our food on our boat (on the lake) and discovered that both sandwiches were different than what we ordered. The manager responded to my email 5 hours later and said that I would have to return the food to the store (a 30+ minute driveand pay for parking) to get a refund. I explained that when I didn't get a response in a reasonable amount of time, I gavethe sandwiches to a homeless person because I couldn't eat what I was given due to food insensitivities. My order was placed with my boyfriend's mobile order. My sandwich was not very good. First of all, it was toasted which I did... not want. Secondly, the bread was rock hard and tasted stale. Previous experiences were ok, there was one time it was fantasticeats. I have had much better sandwiches from other Subway locations. Was disappointed with this one. Read more
This subway is very clean. Staff are friendly. Ordered salads only today. All tasted great. Not quite as full as other... Subways. Other Subways tend to make the salad a little larger. Still this was good. The area has many shops and little places toshop around as well as specialty coffee places. Small patio to eat outside. Has great subs, wraps too. Read more
I've only been to this Subway once, but it was a fantastic first experience. Harleen was the employee who helped me, and she... always spoke in a cheerful tone. She was consistent in her work and appeared to know what she was doing. I will undoubtedlyreturn here more frequently and hope to run into her again. Read more
