Just ordered at the drive through, got home and was highly disappointed. Burger bun was incredibly stale, literally rock hard.... Chicken strips were pink inside, completely inedible. What started out as a complete mixup on a special order 30th birthday cake has turned into a 5 star review for a couple of... reasons. First, the cake is really delicious. The icecream at this particular Dairy Queen is creamy and rich and wespecifically order from here for that reason. Also, and more importantly, a full 5 stars to Pam and another older woman (I'msorry, I didn't get the name) for how they handled the situation. I was in a dither as we were late and they would have neededanother 15 minutes to redo the cake. Both ladies were very caring and concerned and we ended up leaving very satisfied with howthey handled it. They made us feel valued. We will definitely be back, and we thank you so much ladies! Not sure what I was served but it wasn't what I ordered or edible.
When I bought an ice cream cake today, they let me know that they would personalize it for free. It came out beautifully and was... completed fast! The woman who did the personalization was so sweet. I had my hands full with my sleeping 1 year old and walletand she made sure I was able to get it to the car. I really appreciated her asking me. Thank you! Read more
