Great service.This is one of the bigger Tim Horton sit down restaurants in Kelowna .No drive thru
No drive thru, which is fine. Seems to be always busy. Typical Tims, bathrooms are decent. Got food quickly, someone ahead of me... had something wrong with their order and they fixed the order right away. Read more
The people working need to be taught to NOT put their hands into cups and inside lids ? there is a way to handle these without... putting their hands into same ? a little thinking before touching goes a long way as we all know that?s how germs -diseases arespread People in charge take a minute and watch what is going on!!!!!! No toilet paper in washroom. Very embarrassing. Had to call out and another customer asked for help for me...many minutes later... she asked them to bring me to AGAIN. I ended up speaking to a woman who turned out to be the OWNER...she refused to give thecustomer that helped me a gift card at my request (I got nothing for the terrible experience either....) so I gave the woman $5out of my own pocket. Never going back there. Tim Hortons has lost me as a customer. Read more

exceptional customer service! we had an issue with our sandwiches but called and robert fixed it quickly, 5 stars because both... visits i was met with extremely polite/sincere greetings (refreshing these days) and appeared to be a effeciant team. theerror was neglegible as the team fixed it and made up for it 10 fold as its rare to get great service these days but you guysknocked it out of the park. thanks team Read more
