Refused us service. We are both celiac and cannot have a bun. We often order a sausage and Egger with hashbrowns instead of a... bun. We were willing to pay an upchaege. The employee (who was apparently the manager) refused to do it told us it was too muchwork for the kitchen and refused us service. Please note this was at noon. There was no one else in the dive thru. We lefthungry and angry. We have ordered this meal multiple times at multiple locations and NEVER have I ever been refused service insuch a poor manner. Supervisor Natasha is absolutely rude and ridiculous to deal, she shouldn?t be dealing with clients. They messed up our order... and on top that she was screaming and yelling at us. We ordered kids pack which was missing snacks and we were charged more forkids pack. Also our food was cold, and poutine was half the quantity what they usually give When we called the restaurant shestarted screaming, yelling and calling us liar.
