We ordered and they forgot 3 things and also got some sticky sauce all over our food and the bag when we didn?t order anything... with maple in it. When we went back through to get it re-made they took almost 15 mins for one sandwich and forgot the two otherthings that we asked for again. So bad. don?t go here. They lock the doors to the dine in part. No signs saying it's closed, everyone waste their time parking, going to the door... finding it locked. More communication needed to customers in form of signs, telling them only the drive through is open. Theones in Westbank are the same. Read more
I like this location ????Despite the language barrier occasionally when I'm ordering something at the drive thru,it is much... faster here with 2 lanes and not near the traffic here than the other Tim's in Kelowna.I usually order a Med 2 cream one honeyand the bagel Belt.When I order a toasted bagel from here they always put enough butter on it. Unfortunately, this Tim Hortons is consistently inconsistent. The last several times the food we have received was cold and the... order wrong (again). Another time, I had ordered 4 steep teas through the app and when I went to pick them up they still weren'tready after 15 mins (and it was in the evening when it was super slow) and got nothing but attitude from the staff when Iinquired where my teas were. I get that this is not a high-skilled, high-paying job, but my hope is that the owner reads thisand takes some positive action to improve the overall quality at this location. Read more
